Delete your account

You can delete your Tavana account directly in the app. This cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Tavana and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with Delete permanently.

If you haven’t completed the consent screen yet, there is also a Delete account button at the bottom of it.

What is deleted

Your account and your health and training data at Tavana are permanently deleted. The app also clears what it has stored about the account on your phone and signs you out.

Data in Apple Health stays there – you manage it in the Health app. If you want to keep a copy of your data first, you can export it under Settings → Privacy → Export my data.

Without the app

If you can’t access the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email. Send the request from the address you sign in with. Contact details are on the support page.
